What to wear and bring
Wear comfy clothes- loose clothes that move with you and don’t dig in when you bend and stretch. We have changing facilities & toilets when at the Breathe studio. Long hair should be pulled away from the face so it won’t be distracting during class. If you have a Yoga mat at home please bring it along, if not don’t worry we have plenty. Please bring a bottle of water to drink during class.
The studio will be open 15 minutes before the class starts, your child can be dropped off in this time, leaving you to enjoy the hour to browse the shops or catch up with friends over coffee!

      Hi Helen, yes we have space this Saturday 22nd.
      If it’s her first session with us pleases arrive 15 mins early, as there is a registration form to fill out.
