What to wear and bring:

Wear comfy clothes- loose clothes that move with you and don’t dig in when you bend and stretch. We have changing facilities & toilets when at the Breathe studio. Long hair should be pulled away from the face so it won’t be distracting during class. If you have a Yoga mat at home please bring it along, if not don’t worry we have plenty. Please bring a bottle of water to drink during class.
The studio will be open 15 minutes before the class starts, your child can be dropped off in this time, leaving you to enjoy the hour to browse the shops or catch up with friends over coffee!

Please ensure your child arrives in a full length wetsuit. This is to protect their knees when learning to stand up. It will also keep them much warmer on windy days. A full length wetsuit also protects against the sun. If you need to hire a wetsuit we can point you in the right direction to hire them, but we do not provide them.

We provide a high visibility foam surfboard, perfect to beginners.

A bottle of water and a snack is often required at the end of a session.
