Kids Yoga Cornwall are available for:

All Day Workshops: 20 minute taster sessions throughout the school day. Up to 30 pupils to each class. Or full day of yoga activities for a group of up to 30 participants.

After School Clubs: 1 hour sessions. Running at least one day a week throughout the term.
Cost: from £5.50 per pupil per session

P.E. Take Over: For the Whole Class! Let us take over a whole lesson. A fun and educational introduction to yoga. Ran inside a school day throughout the term, school hall will be required. Cost: from £80 per 1 hour session.

Trauma informed & Intervention Groups: For children with behavioural and learning difficulties. Supporting their physical and emotional development. 1 hour sessions. Running at least one day a week throughout the term, normally as part of the school day.
Cost: from £80 per session (for maximum of 6 pupils) or on a one to one basis.

KS1

KS2
• Circle time – Focus in & Discussion

• Advanced relaxation

KS3 & 4
• Breathing – Pranayama
• Yoga or Pilates sequence
• Advanced relaxation

Teachers & Staff: 1 hour session

Cost: from £80 per session (usually run as a course)

• Yoga for Lower Back Pain
• Relaxing Yin Yoga
• Slow Flow Yoga
• Pilates

All classes conclude with a guided relaxation

Pre-School Littlest Yogis!: ½ hour session

Cost: £40

• Warm up songs
• Story (with warm up and cool down)
• Relaxation (blanket time!)

Class programs:
All classes can be made cross curricular if we are given in advance the topics that the children are studying for that term.

Events:
Looking for something a little different at your event, group or club? We can help! Why not try one of our Yoga sessions?! We have an amazing team of teachers who will guide you on your yoga adventure! Sessions can include, movements, songs, crafts, mindfulness and relaxation.

Cost: from £120per 1 hour session or £700 full day

All equipment provided.
