Over the summer holiday we will be running our Surf Squad sessions at Perranporth, a 2 hour surf and yoga program specifically for children aged 8+.
The groups are kept small to keep everyone safe. 6 spaces available.
Surfboards will be provided but the kids will require their own full length wetsuits.

Join us at the Breath studio in Truro for a 4 week series, starting Saturday 22nd May
*Little yogis 4+ 12pm
45min session
*8+ yogis 1pm
1hr session
The studio is well ventilated and will be sanitised between all classes.
All parents will be asked to wait outside for drop off and collection.
The yogis will be invited in one at a time and given an allocated space.
We are limiting the class sizes to 10 students per session, to give us plenty of room in the studio.
4 week course cost of £20 to be paid in advance

Class Yoga raise the bar when it comes to Children’s Yoga Teacher Training.
If you choose to come on this journey, by the end of the course you will:
✅ Feel more than confident to teach a group children’s yoga class
✅ Know how to plan, effectively structure and intuitively modify a class, appropriate to the kids
✅ Have a wealth of knowledge and a vast toolkit to draw upon, setting you up for being an excellent kids yoga teacher!

Join us for our next Park Yoga sessions! Every Saturday (weather permitting) at Boscawen Park, Malpas, Truro.
We split the sessions into:
•Session 1 – littlest yogis 4+
•Session 2 – 8+ yogis
We are taking booking and payment to secure your spot as spaces are limited to 5 per class, due to current government guidelines.
Sessions run for approximately 40 minutes.
Cost is £5 per child per session.
Once we have all our bookings confirmed, we then allocate times.

•Ages 4-7 10.30 am (40 mins)
•Ages 8+ 11.30 am (40 mins)

Due to the recent change in government guidelines, we are now offering small groups, family groups and 1-to-1’s in an outdoor space (weather depending)
We are also offering Outdoor private Yoga and Pilates & Surf fit for grown ups too!

Saturday’s 8+ Twist and Relax sequence helps us to unwind and release tension. This is a challenging flow with a beautiful guided meditation to finish.
Saturday’s 8+ hip opening sequence was a lot of fun. This was a continuation from our work we had put in at the studio, putting postures we had previously learnt into a dynamic flow.
This Saturday we did a “surf fit” yoga session for our 8+ yogis. It was lead by Kaan, who is not only a wonderful kids yoga teacher, but also an experienced surf coach. He is missing the beach very much at the minute. This flow sequence helps build overall fitness, strength and flexibility, getting you ready for our summer surf and yoga camp 🤞
Saturday’s partner pose fun. A great way to use a buddy to make some super fun yoga poses. Counterbalancing, symmetrical, asymmetrical and stacked poses give lots of options. They encourage teamwork, cooperation, trust and consideration.
